Tools for success!

I joined the ICM team during their re-design phase. I worked on our UI library, as well as our UX process and strategy. Additionally, I helped establish and support our product teams through both Lean UX principles as well as Agile methodologies – those being open communication, iterative design cycles as well as acceptance criteria.

The design process involved a great deal of collaborative work with both our customers and our product teams.

Part of our process included dev intake. The practical implementation as well as the logistical intake not only included annotated mocks with requirements and expectations, but also redlines.
